This certificate, now in its sixth year, the awards of hospitality companies that achieved excellent reviews by travelers on TripAdvisor last year. Recipients of the Certificate of Excellence include accommodations, restaurants and attractions located throughout the world that have provided continuously a quality customer experience.

TripAdvisor is proud to play a key role in helping travelers feel more confident in their decisions regarding the reserves. ”
The Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality, quantity and timeliness of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a period of 12 months. To be eligible, a company must maintain an overall rating on TripAdvisor of at least four in five, have a minimum number of evaluations and must be in the TripAdvisor list for at least 12 months.
